e|net has today announced that it has been named “Deloitte” Best Managed Company for 2011.
The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme recognises indigenous Irish companies across the island of Ireland which are operating at the highest levels of business performance. The programme seeks to identify best managed companies through an evaluation process that extends far beyond financial results.
Referring to the award, e|net CEO, Conal Henry, said, “This award reflects not only the hard work, professionalism and expertise of the senior management team but of every member of staff in e|net. The entire e|net team have demonstrated that telecommunications networks can be operated in a way that is both economic and policy supportive and it’s nice to have that fact recognised independently and by a third party.”
The awards ceremony, now in its third year in Ireland, took place in The Burlington Hotel in Dublin on March 4th.
