Working within Enet’s Network Operations Centre (NOC), Renée plays a key role in managing customer services and ensuring our network performs at its best. She’s the link between our technical teams and customers, overseeing change management, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear and proactive.

Renée’s focus on reliability, responsiveness, and customer experience helps ensure Enet continues to deliver the high-quality connectivity our partners depend on every day.
