Peter has over 30 years’ experience with companies like Actavo, Thornsett, Digicel and Accenture, amongst others and has considerable knowledge in the areas of telecoms (fixed and mobile), utility services, real estate, renewable energy and consumer-facing digital technology.

Peter has a demonstrable track record in managing, transforming and growing a diverse number of businesses, and now as Group CEO, has overall responsibility for all Enet business activity including business strategy and operations.

Noel has over 28 years of experience in telecommunications and financial management. He held senior financial roles at Digicel, Trulife Group, VeriFone, Trintech and Hitachi.

Most recently, Noel held the position of Regional CFO of Digicel, the communications and entertainment provider that operates across 30 markets in the Caribbean, Central America and the Pacific.

John has over 22 years’ experience in the industry, with wide-ranging expertise and a thorough understanding of telecoms in Ireland and international markets. His most recent role was as Group

CTO for Digicel Business. Prior to this he has held a number of roles in the mobile industry in Ireland and the UK, including O2, Vilicom, Meteor and Hutchison.

A highly skilled and results driven leader in fixed, mobile and TV services, John has extensive experience in conceptualising, developing and delivering strategic initiatives to drive business growth. He also has considerable knowledge of outsourcing strategy and post acquisition integration strategy. John has a BEng in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University and an MBA from the University of Warwick.

Cormac Ryan currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Enet, having joined the company in 2016. With over 25 years in the telecoms industry, his expertise spans strategic leadership, commercial negotiations, and team development.

Previously, Cormac held roles as Commercial Director and Sales Director at Enet, and before that, as Client Director at BT Ireland and Project Manager at Silicon and Software Systems. His skills include market analysis, strategy formulation, and high-stakes deal-making. Cormac holds a BE degree from UCC in Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering.

Aisling Morman is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters. She has held senior legal roles across multiple industries, including telecommunications, technology, and financial services.

Currently serving as General Counsel at Enet, Aisling oversees the group’s legal and compliance functions. Prior to this, she was Head of Legal and Compliance at Winthrop Technologies and held key positions at TradingHub, OVO, and Herbert Smith Freehills. She holds an LLM from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin.

With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Jean serves as the Director of Customer Operations at Enet. Leading a team responsible for delivering high quality services and support, Jean has a proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency goals.

Jean possesses expertise in service delivery, customer support, process improvement, and team leadership. Her qualifications include an MBA from Herriot Watt and a Lean Six Sigma certification, which enable her to apply strategic thinking and continuous improvement methodologies effectively.

Marie Kearns is the HR Director at Enet, bringing over 23 years of impactful experience across the construction, engineering, and telecommunications sectors. Since joining the company in 2020, Marie has played a key role in shaping Enet’s people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture.

She has deep expertise across all aspects of HR, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic leadership of HR and people functions, organisational change, employment law, employee relations, talent development, engagement, learning and development, and compensation.

Marie holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Management (HRM) from IPA/ University College Dublin, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
