Enet, Ireland’s largest open access telecoms network provider, is proud to announce it has been awarded the Great Place to Work Certificate for 2025, second year running. This certificate affirms Enet’s excellence in cultivating a culture of integrity, respect, and collaboration, reflected in employees’ trust, pride, and unity.
The Great Place to Work Certificate measures an organisation’s Trust Index Score, determined through a 73-question Trust Index survey completed by employees. Any company with 10+ employees will be Certified when their overall survey results are 65% or higher. There are 17 actionable categories grouped under three headings: ‘Achieving Organisational Objectives’, ‘Give Their Personal Best’ and ‘Work Together as a Team’, and allows employees to share comments and feedback. This feedback is a vital aspect of the certification process, providing insight into how employees genuinely feel about their workplace and highlighting areas for potential improvement.
Enet operates under Speed Fibre Group, and the Group also recently re-certified a silver Inclusion Score from the Irish Centre of Diversity, reflecting their ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, diverse and supportive workplace. Voluntary work and community outreach is incredibly important to Speed Fibre Group.
Throughout the summer, Enet employees partnered with their Speed Fibre Group colleagues to volunteer at Down Syndrome Limerick, Hugh’s House Dublin, and Limerick Animal Welfare, reflecting their shared commitment to giving back to the community.
Additionally, Speed Fibre Group recently achieved a five-star, 100/100 rating in the 2025 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) assessment. The Group was ranked 1st in Europe in the fibre network peer group, 1st globally for Management Score out of 652, 4th globally in the Data Transmission sector out of 66, and 38th overall out of 650 infrastructure assets worldwide, reflecting the Group’s commitment to sustainability, governance and operational excellence.
Marie Kearns, Group HR Director of Speed Fibre Group, says:
“We’re incredibly proud that Enet has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row. This recognition is a testament to the strong culture of trust, respect and collaboration that exists across our organisation. Listening to our people and acting on their insights is what makes Enet and Speed Fibre Group stronger together.”
