Enet a finalist in the CX Impact in Telecoms Awards
Enet has been announced as a finalist in the Irish CX Impact Awards 2019. The CX Awards recognise Irish companies who focus on providing excellent customer experience, delivering better outcomes for their customers and ultimately the business as a whole.
The award submission highlighted the contribution of the Enet Connect portal to the Irish telecoms sector. Enet Connect means that, for the first time in Ireland, Enet’s proprietary infrastructure and that from third parties are available through one simple platform, creating efficiencies for customers.
Speaking about the announcement, Peter McCarthy, Enet CEO said ‘We are delighted to be one of the finalists in the CX Impact Awards. The Enet Connect platform is a great example of our innovative thinking and is making a real difference within the industry, driving efficiencies for both our customers and staff.’
This comes after Enet was named National Winner in Innovation by the European Business Awards.
The Irish CX Impact Awards ceremony takes place on Thursday November 7th in Croke Park.
